By downloading, installing, or using the App, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you disagree with any part of the terms, you may not use our App.

The App and its original content, features, and functionality are and will remain the exclusive property of Baizhanhui. The App is protected by copyright, trademark, and other laws. Our trademarks may not be used in connection with any product or service without our prior written consent.
Our order process is conducted by our online reseller Paddle.com. Paddle.com is the Merchant of Record for all our orders. Paddle provides all customer service inquiries and handles returns.
By making a purchase, you agree to Paddle's Terms of Service.
After purchase, you will receive a license key via email. This license key is personal to you and may not be shared, published, or transferred to others. We reserve the right to revoke licenses that are found to be in violation of these terms.
We may from time to time provide updates, upgrades, or modifications to the App. These may be provided automatically or may require manual installation. We are not obligated to provide any updates or to continue supporting older versions of the App.
We provide customer support via email. While we strive to respond to all inquiries in a timely manner, we do not guarantee response times or resolution of all issues.
THE APP IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO:
We do not warrant that the App will be compatible with all external displays or that DDC control will work with all monitors.
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, IN NO EVENT SHALL BRIGHTNESS, ITS DIRECTORS, EMPLOYEES, PARTNERS, AGENTS, OR AFFILIATES BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO:
In no event shall our total liability exceed the amount you paid for the App.
You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Brightness and its affiliates from and against any claims, damages, obligations, losses, liabilities, costs, or debt arising from your use of the App or violation of these Terms.
The App may include third-party software or libraries. Such third-party software is governed by its own license terms, which you agree to comply with.
We may terminate or suspend your license immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason, including if you breach these Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the App will cease immediately.
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which the developer is located, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising from these Terms shall be resolved in the courts of that jurisdiction.
If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable or invalid, that provision will be limited or eliminated to the minimum extent necessary so that these Terms will otherwise remain in full force and effect.
These Terms constitute the entire agreement between you and Baizhanhui regarding the use of the App, superseding any prior agreements.
We reserve the right to modify or replace these Terms at any time. We will provide notice of any material changes by updating the "Last updated" date. Your continued use of the App after any changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
